Okay so I noticed the crazy legs and remembered back to a drawing of two dragons I saw once and the dragon had HUGE muscles on their shoulders and I was thinking "Oh yeah of course their wings and shoulders need to be strong to fly!" so I kinda used the same principle here, since it's legs start at the shoulders and have to hold up the rest of the body I figured they should need to be pretty strong.
